About the Role
We are looking for a Delivery Lead - AI who can help build and scale our AI organization.
This is not a traditional project or delivery management role. We are looking for a builder, owner, and AI leader who has experience taking something from an early stage and turning it into a successful product, service, team, or business function.
The ideal candidate could come from an AI/product company, a technology services organization where they built a new AI practice or service line, or an AI startup/venture they helped build from the ground up.
What You'll Own
- Scale the AI team,, processes, capabilities, and delivery.
- Lead high-performing AI teams, with the ability to build toward 200+ professionals.
- Own AI initiatives from idea and strategy through execution and scale.
- Work across Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, Machine Learning, automation, and AI-enabled products/services.
- Partner with leadership to define AI priorities, roadmap, operating model, and new business opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to turn AI capabilities into scalable products, services, and solutions.
- Build processes and structures that enable the organization to scale without compromising quality or speed.
- Develop people, create accountability, and build future AI leaders.
- Act as the bridge between AI, product, business, people, and delivery.
What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years of strong experience in AI, product, technology, consulting, or technology services.
- Proven experience building something from scratch, such as an AI product, practice, service line, startup, or new business function.
- Experience leading teams and taking ownership beyond formal responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of modern AI technologies and their practical business applications.
- Strong product and business mindset, with the ability to connect technology to real business outcomes.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on, highly accountable, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

This could be someone who:
- Built and scaled an AI practice within a services company.
- Launched an AI product or new AI service line.
- Built an AI team and operating model from the ground up.
- Founded or co-founded an AI-focused startup or venture.
- Took an early-stage AI initiative and turned it into a functioning team, product, or business.
What This Role Is Not:
- This role is not intended for a traditional delivery/project manager whose experience is primarily limited to managing timelines, resources, and existing processes.
- We are looking for someone who can create the playbook, build the team, solve problems along the way, and scale what they build.
What Success Looks Like:
- Success in this role means building an AI organization that is technically strong, commercially relevant, reliable in delivery, scalable in structure, and capable of continuously developing new AI products and services.
