Job Overview:
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of AI and automation tools for internal and external applications. You will work across teams to ensure the successful deployment of products that enhance operational efficiency within the organization and have market potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-functional leadership: Coordinate with engineering, AI/ML, design, and business teams.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities and define product positioning.
- Metrics and KPIs: Define success metrics and monitor product performance.
- User Feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present product updates and strategies to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in AI/tech-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and automation tools.
- Experience with agile product development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience Required:
- 0-1 years of experience in product management, particularly in AI/automation.
- Proven ability to independently manage cross-functional teams and deliver products.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their product applications.
- Experience in launching and scaling tech products for the mass market.
