We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist who can build and optimize funnels, automate lead workflows, execute high-velocity campaigns, and drive measurable MQL growth through structured marketing execution.
Role Overview
As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will own the execution and optimization of marketing funnels, automation systems, and conversion-focused campaigns. This role requires a strong operator mindset — someone who can independently launch, analyze, optimize, and scale campaigns with speed and accuracy.
You will work closely with the Marketing Leadership Team along with SEO, PPC, Content, and Partnerships teams to ensure lead generation systems are scalable, measurable, and conversion-driven.
This is a hands-on execution role ideal for someone who enjoys solving growth challenges, improving funnel performance, and driving measurable marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Funnel Building & Optimization
- Build and optimize funnels, landing pages, and lead journeys using GoHighLevel.
- Improve funnel conversion rates through CRO initiatives and experimentation.
- Set up and maintain attribution tracking and campaign reporting systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead flow and MQL generation.
Marketing Automation
- Build and maintain automations across GoHighLevel, Zapier, and connected tools.
- Ensure workflow reliability, lead routing accuracy, and automation uptime.
- Create and optimize nurture sequences and lead engagement workflows.
Campaign Execution
- Launch and manage high-velocity growth campaigns across multiple channels.
- Execute A/B testing for landing pages, email campaigns, and funnel experiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are launched on time and aligned with business objectives.
Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain accurate dashboards and campaign reporting systems.
- Monitor funnel performance, attribution, and campaign KPIs regularly.
- Support weekly MQL reporting with actionable insights and recommendations.
Marketing Copy & Messaging
- Write effective v1 copy for landing pages, email campaigns, lead nurture sequences, and campaign assets.
- Adapt messaging across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages of the funnel.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Funnel Building, CRO, or Marketing Automation.
- Proven experience managing lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
Tools Experience
- GoHighLevel
- Zapier
- Google Analytics
- Google Sheets / Excel
- CRM and attribution systems
Core Competencies
- Strong understanding of funnels, lead journeys, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with UTM tracking, attribution, and performance reporting.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
