About the Role:
We are looking for a PPC Delivery Head to lead and own the entire Performance Marketing function. This is a leadership role responsible for defining strategy, maintaining delivery quality, mentoring the team, and ensuring measurable growth for client accounts.
The role goes beyond campaign management. The selected candidate will oversee the structure, standards, and performance of the PPC department while ensuring campaigns consistently generate business outcomes for clients.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical paid media expertise with operational thinking and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities
1. Department Strategy & Performance Direction
  • Define paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms
  • Establish optimisation benchmarks for ROI, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality
  • Guide acquisition, retargeting, and conversion funnel strategy
  • Approve account structures, campaign architecture, and scaling plans
  • Drive performance improvement across lead-generation and eCommerce clients
  • Lead initiatives such as creative testing, audience expansion, and budget scaling

2. Delivery Excellence & Quality Control
  • Review account quality and performance across all active projects
  • Conduct audits and recommend corrective strategies where performance declines
  • Standardize best practices for keyword structure, bidding strategies, tracking setup, and landing page alignment
  • Ensure conversion tracking accuracy using GA4, pixels, and event tracking
  • Monitor department performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis

3. Client Escalation & Retention Leadership
  • Act as senior escalation point for clients and agency partners
  • Lead strategic discussions and performance review meetings
  • Create recovery and growth plans for underperforming accounts
  • Align expectations and delivery scope to prevent communication gaps
  • Build long-term client relationships and improve retention

4. Process, SOP & Operational Structure
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, QA frameworks, and delivery checklists
  • Create structured workflows for campaign setup, reporting, onboarding, and optimization cycle
  • Identify operational gaps and improve internal efficiency
  • Coordinate with design, content, development, and analytics teams to ensure predictable delivery quality

5. Team Leadership & Capability Building
  • Lead, mentor, and review PPC analysts and account managers
  • Conduct performance reviews and create development plans
  • Train team members on advanced strategies and platform updates
  • Maintain consistent execution standards across the department
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and team scaling

6. White-Label & Partner Management
  • Manage delivery for white-label agency partners
  • Align reporting, communication, and strategy with partner branding
  • Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and partners
  • Maintain communication quality and delivery expectations

7. Reporting & Analytics Oversight
  • Define reporting formats and dashboard standards using Looker Studi
  • Analyze cross-account performance trends and identify opportunities
  • Diagnose issues using GA4 and platform analytics
  • Lead A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience segment
  • Convert data insights into actionable strategies

Required Skills & Experience
  • 6+ years of hands-on PPC / Performance Marketing experience
  • Minimum 2+ years in team leadership or department management
  • Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and eCommerce funnels
  • Experience managing client escalations and strategy calls
  • Experience working with international clients (US/UK preferred)
  • Strong analytical, planning, and decision-making ability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
