About the role:
We are on the lookout for a talented Content Writer to create compelling blog posts, white papers, product descriptions, social media content and web copy. We’re looking for someone who can expand our digital footprint and drive more value through online content. You should have had a proven track record of producing pieces that increase engagement and drive leads. This role requires a high level of creativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to write better material.

Your responsibilities:
  • Understand the client’s business needs.
  • Maintain human oversight in all AI-assisted workflows.
  • Restructure content using the given templates and ensure a clear, logical flow.
  • Rewrite content to make it more impactful.
  • Create content for print, online, and interactive platforms, including blogs, newsletters, and direct mail.
  • Manage brand communication across social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Handle online branding, campaigns, and community building through the company website and email marketing.
  • Copy-edit content to confirm it is error-free and of high quality.
  • Maintain writing guidelines and best practices for consistent communication.
  • Research and write technical information in a simple, easy-to-understand way for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Quickly learn new concepts or technologies and explain them clearly.
  • Work with business leaders to create thought-leadership content such as whitepapers, reports, presentations, and case studies.
  • Collaborate with the design team on content layout or design whenever needed.
  • Write blog posts, website content, and marketing copy to promote clients’ products and services.
  • Proofread, edit, and restructure content from junior writers to ensure accuracy, clarity, and suitability for US/UK audiences.
  • Train junior writers to create strong, effective copy that meets client or company requirements.
  • Check and verify all content and information.
  • Come up with new content ideas around industry topics when required.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage the team’s workload, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Work in line with SEO guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) responsibly to assist with outlining, research synthesis, content drafts, optimisation, and ideation.
  • Edit and refine AI-assisted content to meet brand voice, accuracy, and quality standards.
  • Evaluate AI outputs critically and fact-check all generated material before publication.
  • Develop structured prompts to improve AI content accuracy and efficiency.

Skill sets/Experience we require:

  • Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Journalism or Mass Communication is a plus.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, strong vocabulary, and solid grammar skills. Ability to rewrite and refine content.
  • Understanding of SEO content requirements.
  • Good computer skills, internet research abilities, and comfort with online tools.
  • Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
